That's stock on those Sheraton II's. Believe it or not, that guitar is really working to alleviate GAS for the more expensive archtops like the Gibbies, Grestch and Heritage guitars. I like it so much I don't really want to split too much time with another archtop (other than than the Big Red which I use for gigging a bit.)

They really are tone monsters. I sure love mine....(and no, they're not the nicest ones posted here by a mile but they work just fine for me.

Oh, I believe it. I owned an early 70's EA-250 that was my #1 for years. I only traded it b/c I needed an acoustic and couldn't afford to buy one. It got this beautiful "Stephen Stills" tone to it.
