Need help with SG Serial Number

Looking to date an SG and it's model. The serial number is 6141xx

I take it that the serial number is stamped into the body, and that it has "Made in USA" stamped on it?

In that case,

Your guitar was made at the
Kalamazoo or Nashville Plant , USA
approximately in: 1970, 1971 or 1972

A picture would be helpful in nailing down the model.
