Price check please

If this is in the wrong place please move it.

My neighbor has a 1976 or 77 Gibson Johnny Smith. He's had it since new. It is all original, no fret wear, no buckle rash, only a couple very very minor nicks on the top. The neck is to die for. I'd seriously put it at a 9.9 condition. Just needs a cleaning up which I plan to do for him. We're curious on the value as he's looking to sell it. Any input would be appreciated.
