1976 Les Paul Deluxe

I was wondering what you guys think this guitar would be worth? I'm having a hard time finding one similar to compare it to as far as the missing truss rod cover and clear pick guard.

I was also wondering if the bridge humbucker is stock? I haven't found any Les Paul Deluxes that have a regular size humbucker and a mini-humbucker.

There are three pictures here:

Re: 1976 Les Paul Deluxe

Yep, I'd guess the bridge has been routered. I'd probably get the neck done too at this point.

...and cut those string tails and lose that horrible pickguard. Get a reproduction creme switch ring, pickguard and the correct Deluxe TRC.

Value? - I'll go with $1200 considering the work it needs.

Re: 1976 Les Paul Deluxe

I've done many a bad thing to Deluxes over the years, but I always did both pickups.

It's a player, but can be restored.

It looks like a player. I wonder what pickup is in the bridge. Could potentially be a Tim Shaw / T-Top if you're lucky.
