New, old, guitar day: '75 Custom
After several days of research, playing, more research, more playing, more playing, more playing... I laid out the money for a 1975 Les Paul Custom (verified year with pots - all 4 good). I traded a 2005 Classic as part of the deal and have no regrets.

send a PM to Jonesy I'm sure he will clear up he mystery as to what type of caps they are, the original caps would have been the ceramic discs, so it looks like some one upgraded them.

Nice, is that Nashville or ABR? I've been looking for a wine red original ABR Custom forever...

Sweet, no doubt a step up.

Re: New, old, guitar day: '75 Custom
Congratulations and HNGD!
Very nice looking guitar. It looks like it has been well cared for. While the 2005 may have been nice, this one is definitely a few steps up. Enjoy!
