I'm thinking of getting the same Epiphone SG with the 3 pickups, just wondering if you could make a video of the sound so I can see how it sounds.

i't sounds allring not allot of umph! but yeh the pups are ok, surprisingly the tone and the pots are pretty good.

i'd replace the pickups honestly, and as soon as i can i will, my dad dosnt want me to change anything on it but he won't notice if i just get a set with gold covers

My best friend has a few SG's and I never even would pick them up, always played my PRS, STrat or LP. Then one day I said let me play one of these and have had SG GAS ever since.....Soon baby soon

I gotta take some new pics. I've used these before: Nice fun Elliot Easton Axe. Had a few failures from the factory ( Nut /bridge/trem arm, but they are getting remedied.

Gibson SG Classic
can anyone confirm that its a real gibson sg? i thought classics came with p-90 pick ups? and specials only come in faded?

nah thats a sg special not a classic, a low end more affordable model.

Ok since there are plenty of SG freaks here. Can anyone tell me if the SG truly is as uncomfortable as they say it is? 'Cos there's a little misconception where I live that SGs are VERY uncomfortable, mainly because of the weight of the neck out-weighing the guitar itself and thus drop down. Is it true?
