If this one goes well, I'm hoping they'll make it an annual thing.. If not, we'll just have to travel around and meet everyone separately.

Double figures, and still waiting on some replies to the latest round of PMs I sent out.

I don't think that will be too bad a turn-out, and this year's event will hopefully generate even more attendees for the 2011 event, once the piccies and vids are posted, and the tales of mayhem are published in the national press...

When you say double figures John are we talking 10 or 99?

I'll make the enquires about that place in the photo. I also have another lead to a place nearer to the event which I'll follow up tomorrow.

I'm still sorting things out. The place over the road usually only lets on a weekly basis, so it could be too expensive for just one night, plus the woman has been away for a few days so I haven't been able to ask. I am making some enquiries into B& B's which are all round the meets area. I'm getting someones number tonight.
The only problem with the place over the road from me is that it's about a twenty minute drive to the gig and that might work out quite expensive after midnight hiring a minibus. The B& B's in that area are all within walking distance, or in your case staggering distance.

Phil, I don't know how long most are staying for, but some of us are staying 3 nights or 2 nights.
Looking at some prices of holiday homes, it will work out cost effective if there were a few willing to share a home..especially with those staying more than 1 night.

I'll look at a link Drude gave me and try and see what there is..but I am not familiar with area and how far it is to pub. Guess I need to google map them.

I think sharing a cab to the pub wouldn't be so bad..if close enough.
