UK Exeter Vintage Guitar Fair 2012

So I have some dates for this years show and a venue to announce.

Currently we are working on the website as it still has all the 2009 show details and photos up.

So the show has grown from the previous event into a weekend event. There will be vintage and used guitars, amps and effects for sale in one area. There will be live performances on stage as well.

The venue sells good food, has two fully licensed bars and there is tons of cheap all day parking within 5 minutes of the site.


I'm in talks with some small British makers of both guitars & amps, I am arranging guitar clinics with some very well known UK guitar players ( no not me and Bob from down the Nags Head...) and I have a couple of large international companies involved as well.

Sorry to be secretive, but I don't want to spoil the fun just yet...


I can tell you that the dates are

Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th December.

Tickets for entrance & clinics will be available to book online very soon via our website and will be cheaper than on the door.

You can also contact me via the site if you would like to book a stand to sell some stuff.

It'll be a good way to clear some GAS funds before Christmas and maybe pick up a few new toys along the way.

Don't forget you can bring a guitar in with you on the door price if you want to sell on the day. Or you can book a table in advance if you need more space to sell stuff.

Tickets pre-booked online are also cheaper than on the day door price. So pre-book and save some cash.

Took a few pics on my iPhone of a couple of my favourite guitars from the show and a couple of the musicians playing live...

There is a beautiful 1x12 Zilla 8ohm, Celestion V30 loaded cab, a Lateral Sounds Fuzz Fix pedal and a couple of subscriptions to Acoustic Guitar Magazine up for grabs at the show. All prizes kindly donated by our sponsors at the show.

Tickets cost £1 for the draw each and are available at the show. We will be announcing the winners online later in the week.
