I just remembered sorry i did not get back to you sooner, while finishing the guitar i sanded the neck poket... i bet you can see what was coming...a shim! So i added a strip of mahogany and it can be set of perfectly. Thanks for being so helpful! I will be bringing my guitars to you when they need a string change.

You do setups right? I just finished a top loader tele refinish. I put the bridge on and a string on and i cant even play one note. The string is pinging on the last fret. I played with the rod, flipped the saddles, etc. I cant get it any better. Is it the nut? Can i take it to you? Where are you again on LI? How much do you charge?

I've actually been thinking about that. Both my guitars are buzzing, I've made all the adjustments to the neck & bridge I can think of, so I'm pretty sure the frets need dressing. I don't have the patience for that kind of thing. Plus, I'm afraid of making things worse.

Been checking out some soundclips of ones on youtube. Sounds pretty good from what I can tell, would actually probably make a great jazz guitar with some monster strings on it. I know exactly what you mean about the stock pups too, I had a Gryphon with those same pickups. So dull and lifeless in an otherwise terrific guitar.

Don't bend over backwards for me just yet, I'm broke. I'm working on selling a few things, but it will probably be awhile before I have that kind of cash.

Man, I can't believe that Schecter hasn't sold yet at that price! Out of curiosity, how hollow does it sound? Close to 335 territory at all?
