The fees are on a sliding scale of the final amount of the guitar for e.g. a guitar that sells for 38000 Yen will have fees of around $50 then shipping is what you want to pay, EMS takes around 5 days but is expensive, SEA takes around 8 weeks but is very cheap. There are more often than not are other fees to if the seller had to charge Rinkya more for internal shipping, on average about $10-15. Don't forget to factor import duty in your country if it applies. Good luck.

I read in a thread that you have used Rinkya. It says on their website that the fees are shipping + 25% handling. Is that 25% of the shipping cost or 25% of the total cost?

    Thanks

Yes I am in the UK. It took me ages to find my black custom with fret edge and an ebony board, sorry the only way I'd sell it is if you offered me an alternantive to this land we call the UK. Why fret edge if you don't mind me asking, have you considered a Burny, got loads of these with fret edge.

Hi UITA, i wanted to ask you a question ,....i remember in a past thread you mentioned that you had shipped a couple of guitars from japan (in a batch shipment, i guess from rinkya auctions?) and the guitars were damaged, when they were shipped to you ,....i just bought 3 guitars from rinkya, and my question is,.. is it a BAD idea for me to have them (rinkya) ship the guitars in a batch shipment?,....i'm just nervous to find a couple of headstocks snapped off,....any suggestions
    thanks ahead of time ,...
    hope all is well
    Leo
