Thanks for the compliment, but I'm a hacker player! I do have fun with it though. If you like the Marshall JTM tone, I think that the offset JTM45 reissue is the best modern version of it. It's plenty loud. I gig with it regularly, and depending on the club, it can be too much if you want to use the amp by itself for all gain tones. It really is responsive, and very practical depending on the venue size to dial it up so that 90 percent of all tones, from clean to deep crunch (which is all I need for the stuff we do) can be had from the guitar knobs. The matching 4x12 cab is great, but don't expect it to travel well. It was made to be historically accurate, and that doesn't equate to gig-proof. When I gig the amp, I use a Vox V212HWX with Alnico Blues, which works well with it in my opinion. Hope this helps.

Hey, saw your videos on youtube. Some great tone and some great playin! I am looking at purchasing an offset JTM45. I wanted to know what you thought of it and also, how loud is it?
