Anyone that knows me knows that I am far from conceited. I never once stated that I couldn't join because the group would be enamored with me. Please do not twist my words to make me appear ugly. You pointed out that it was a group of dudes. I followed by simply saying that I realized that and it is the reason I didn't join. Yes I felt that a group of 200 guys wasn't the place for me. Why? Because it is "Teen Axe Dudes." A group where you "GUYS" congregate. I am not male therefore I felt I didn't belong.

I'm not offended by the fact you're not a member. That's your choice, but to make it sound like you didn't join because we're ALL males and would somehow be interested in you or stalking you is a bit self centred. Conceit is not an attractive quality in a person. You could have said you didn't join because you were almost 20. Instead you made it sound like you would be the only female with 200 guys and somehow we would be overcome by your magnificant presence??? Someone thinks highly of herself. I should be more discriminating in sending out Invitations.

Has nothing to do with your testosterone levels. When you sent the invitation I would have only been a teen for another month at most. I notice that you pointed out that there are a few female members but the name of the group itself is deceiving. I know that MLP is predominately male but a place for just the teenage guys to congregate didn't really seem like a place for me to be.

And why is that? A bit of a sexist remark isn't it? BTW, our testosterone levels are monitored on a daily basis for your personal protection. I think it's rather presumptuous of you to think that our membership would treat you any differently than the male participants. For your edification, TAD has a number of female guitarists as members. The membership is respectful of all musicians who join our group. A member's gender or sexual orientation is irrelevent.
