They didn't send me the pickguard, I got an email saying they were out of stock and got a refund, sorry!

Explorers are awesome, I just wish they came in more colour options!

HNGD! I saw your post about the new SG you picked up, and that you were looking for a pickguard. Virgil at WD will cut whatever you want out of whatever you want for a reasonable fee. You may need to send him a template for that guitar, but he does fine work. Here's a link: Pickguards.com Give him a call!

It's a very handy thing, 28" baritone but one of, if not the shortest guitar I have, quite a range of sounds too, despited the active pups it also has a piezo with a blend control. I have it less than an arm's length away from where I spend most my time, so it's always at hand. And though it's not German made, you can sure see the design hints coming from there, like the allen keys tucked away in their own slot, pop out leg rest, the neck strap is on a bracket that sits clear of the neck to give full access, and of course the sliding built-in capo.

Cheers Syrus. I have spent enough time beaten down. Never again.

The TexMex set is fantastic! Now, I don't know shit from good chocolate regarding single-coils, but to my ear, these soind great. The neck pup is nice and warm and the bridge pup has the balls to get nice and gritty. They mix well with the middle in the 2 and 4 position and are silent because the middle is reverse-wound

    I hope this helps!!
