    Stephen - thanks for the advice.

    Here is the guitar in question: Rumble Seat Music Southwest- Gibson Premium used Vintage Electric and Acoustic guitars, Fender,Gibson,Gretsch,Martin and more, Albuquerque, NM (3rd guitar shown)

    I should check all seams very closely which I will do. One thing I did notice, but was unsure about, is the joint between the two 'planks' that make up the body. It was obvious that it's a two piece laminate based on the seam. I don't know what is 'normal' for this. Should the glue seam be visually obvious? Or is this a sign of a repair pst delamination? Everything lines up ok, but the seam is certainly visiable (maybe because of the red vs. black/dark contrasting?).
