The pickups are worth it. I plan to have them installed on all of my guitars. I'm thrilled with them. Nice sharp attack and punch, perfect for edgy rock n roll. And one of my favorite things about them is how awesome they clean up when the volume is rolled back. I play through a kerry king JCM800 with the beast mode on and these pups sound so clear and defined. Most pups I used get all muddy but not these. GET IT. For the set, the price is $189.99. I had my local tech installed them, I'm not confident enough to swap em out myself. Hope this helps. Looking forward to seeing your post when your goldtop arrives.

Sending u this message is because I have been trying to figure out if it's worth me buying the slash pickups.. Firstly how much it is and how to install it.. Like take it to a local shop? I guess is it really worth it? Did u hear a big difference? Thanks mate
