Any word?

I still have not received the pedal. I suspect something weird is going on as it's been at least three months. rxbandit didn't even have the courtesy to message me as to why I haven't received the pedal. I consider myself as a patience person but this is starting to upset me.

Any idea what this is about?


Hello! A couple of months ago in the Teen Axe Dudes Christmas raffle I won a pedal. I contacted the member, rxbandit ,with my address and he claimed to have sent it out. This was around late January. As I still had not received the pedal, I contacted rxbandit in early February asking what happened. He replied, saying that he had just moved and that he would "send" the pedal out. As of March 10, 2013, I still have not received the pedal and rxbandit no longer replies to my PMs. Can you please check out as to why I still have not received this pedal? Thank you in advance for your help!

i've had my DSL100 for a long time (years) and yet i learned so much from watching your video
i really liked what you had to say about finding the right frequency to put your amp in with the rest of the band
and here i thought the band was suppose to adapt to me, lol

while i rarely use the DSL, preferring my 1959 Hand Wired, when i did, i ran it through 8 25w Greenbacks

i still have the DSL (MM trannies, choke, JJ high gain, hand matched tubes, hi–pass filter on the volume pots) and love it and have no plans to part ways –
too good an amp to let go

when i play through it, i set the treble about 8/9, the bass 1/2, the mid 3/4, the presence 9, vol 5 on the "Classic" channel
i do not use the "Ultra Gain" channel
to punch up the sound, i use an overdrive pedal, but stay on the "Classic" (quasi–Plexi) channel

you probably noticed the high treble and little bass on the settings
i roll–off the tone control on the guitar to add bottom end – that way the bottom comes more from the voice of the guitar than the amp/speakers

some people criticize my set-up – but i get a monster wicked sound this way

however, i am going to try out your suggestions...

any clips playing humbuckers through your amp?

How are you liking your Tele Deluxe with it? I have been thinking about getting a Black Dove pick-guard and putting P90s in mine. I just sold off my set of Lollar Regals that I had because I didn't like them that much.
