    Hello Phil,
I really enjoy the "old farts relaxation lounge!" Is it possible to set up a social group for "old gigging farts?" I'm new to the forum, relatively (August 2008). I truly enjoy your posts, as your experience is genuine and came dearly! If I'm inarticulate in this post, it's because I just came home from a gig and am drinking ale #?

LOL...Is that supposed to be serious or a joke??
It's got to be a joke.. Please say yes..
Some kid played me this Dragon force thing at school some months ago. I listened to it and said, not bad seeing as it's been speeded up in the studio. At first he didn't believe me, but then I said, go and watch then try to play it live and if the guitarist is playing the same thing, I'd be most surprised.. Well obviously he isn't playing that at the the speed you hear on CD. Mind you I did notice that they were playing to a pre recorded speeded up keyboard, which the guy was trying to look as though he was playing.. LOL
In my book... A load of old bollocks.
Take all that echo and compression off and then we'd see what it sounded like.
I love the way the guy says. I'm playing a major seventh arpeggio as if nobody has ever heard of one before...ha ha ha..

    You've gotta laugh haven't you..?

    Cheers for the link
