I have to get this P bass in order then maybe we can talk....I'm a metal guy also so thats why she appeals to me. Love the RR V's also always dreamed of owning the polka dot guitar.

Well Dude...... If you want one... they start at $1500 for a standard and $850 for the "boomstick" version which is walnut bodied and oil finished similar to a Rist workhorse (with shotgun shell knobs he he!)

Personally.. the Valkyrie is my favorite guitar on the planet.. but then again.. I'm a metal guy!!!

I wonder where he got the Brass poker chip, switch plate etc. I could probly get WDguitar to a custom one in a brass looking material. Did he have Randy Rhodes on the pick-guard? I thought Gibson just did that on thier tribute guitar.

What do you want to know..I could tell you almost anything about that Custom...
It was stated as a 1974 Norlin, Gibson Les Paul Custom In antique Ivory,, that had Yellowed do to Randy being a heavy smoker and having the guitar with him almost always..Gold H/W
It had Origtinal stock Gibson "T_top" pickups,, and
Schaller M6 tuners,( not keystone),Schaller GP Strap Locks,
CTS pots for volume and tone, a Switchcraft three-way toggle switch, and a Switchcraft output jack......Brass control panel, switch cover, and poker chip...
Ingraved pick guard...Thats it.. here are a few picks...
    (note the Schaller tuners)

    (Note,, the brass back plate)

If you have any other questions ,, or need better pics,,, Let me know....I have tons...
