Hey there...dunno if you saw my response in the picture thread, but you were asking me about that pic of the snake. From what I can see it definitely looks like a water snake by the shape of the head and coloring. Black King snakes are solid black and don't have that bit of lighter coloring under thier chins. If you had any more pics I could confirm it for you.
