Someone here has a '92 in the same color. Everyone seems to call it "transparent red". I'm no expert in Gibson finishes, though. I love the color; its my favorite LP finish since seeing the pix of the legendary '58 custom-order named "Sweet Cherry".

Hi DT. Just found this shot of your Classic. I recently got hold of a 05 the same although my flame is not quite as prominant as yours. But I cant find much info about this particular colour. Is "Transparent Red" the official title for this hue?
