pickofthericks.com usually has them in stock. They guy, Chris there used to ship them for $12 including shipping, and usually had all the gauges. I'd check with him first. Juststrings.com also has them, and tone-man.com too.
I'm glad the info was helpful! I personally find nickel strings make playing much easier and more toneful, and they save some money while doing it.
