I am delighted! I use it as a pre-amp, boost, amp-->speaker sim. Most versatile kit I've ever had.

I have played my strat a lot but not through any amp being pushed hard.

At first I thought the whole thing was pretty cool but I am now worried that it could sound a bit harsh when utilized in the previously mentioned way. I have only played the strat through a boutique amp that would be similar to a modded bassman (JCA Circuits) but only at levels acceptable to my wife. When I finally have time I will get out to my project studio and go through some stuff or pull a couple amps out and when my wife is gone crank them up to the levels I like.

One thing I have noticed is that guitar is really nice going into my computer's DAW running some modeling programs. One issue is that Lawerence suggested using a tone cap that does not allow me roll off as much top end as I like to do. As far as the boost, it seems to be a nice clean boost. I just basically leave it on to get a little bump in the mids. This is just an update, more to come when I get a chance.
