Thanks SonicBoom. Yep, it is cool being down here in the land of Southern Rock. Once when I was in Jacksonville I actually stopped by the graves of Leon, Allen, Steve, Cassie and Ronnie... very sad to have such talent gone so young. Oh, Hughie lived in Spring Hill I think (right near Brooksville).

You should join our Southern Rock group. I've posted a LOT more Skynyrd pics in there than you see in my album. Join us at: http://www.mylespaul.com/forums/grou...n-rockers.html

Wow! That is cool that you live so close to the Outlaws. Figuratively speaking they were my neighbors to the west. Didn't know them, of course - just a huge fan. I was born and lived in Orlando for 20+ years, which is where they gigged a fair amount early on. Most of the places they used to play in are long gone. I also used to race dirt bikes in Brookesville, which is where I believe Hughie lived.

I always loved the Tampa area. Now, I'm on the West Coast, but I'll always be from the land of Green Grass and High Tides.

Btw, nice photos of Skynyrd. I have some photos and autographs of the dream team, too. Anything Southern rock you can count me in.
