Don't ever change your music. I'm evangelical about a) putting yourself out there and b) the Blues. But I don't expect everyone to embrace the Blues. I just want them to respect the Blues. Without them there's no Rock & Roll, no Rock, no Heavy Metal, not much of anything that's worth embracing - in my most humble opinion.

But a)'s way more important than b), and that's probably why we're chatting right now. You did a) and sucked it up. Good on you.

I don't know for sure yet if my son's parents are gonna survive it, but we're trying. It's especially hard for mothers, then fathers/husbands get stuck in the "I can do this, I can fix everything" trap.

I hope you'll understand that when I come down hard on some of the errant young folks here at MLP, my heart's in the right place. I care, maybe too much sometimes.
