Hi lyle, how are things in the US

I have small question regarding a set up with 2 humbuckers, 1V 1T wired 50s with star grounding.

I am about to throw a single strand silver specs braided jack wire in and were wondering,

Would it be best to run a seperate wire from jack ground to volume ground lug, and just earth the shielding on the hot jack wire to the back ot the tone pot
