The 'chemical imbalance' theory is the utmost sh te - the 'chemical imbalance' is not the cause, it's a symptom - caused by imbalance in the body, angst and stress, chronic low feeling, and confusion.
The psychiatrist wants you to think this is the cause, because chemical imbalance can be fixed by the addition or subtraction of more chemicals - right? Wrong! The body will just produce more - then the imbalance becomes greater because it is no longer natural.
But we can't afford to have you thinking like that, because the drugs industry might lose out!
Believe in yourself - your 'Self'. Cast aside what you think you know, take a deep breath and know what you know.
May you never be the same again.
