Just as El Becko has reinvented himself over time, so has the Social Group
It appears there is much overlap between “Jeff Beck, his guitars, related stuff...” & “Jeff Beck Social Group”
Such as, photos/topics posted earlier in the Social Group later appear in “Jeff Beck, his guitars, related stuff...” thread – at times, conversely
While “Jeff Beck, his guitars, related stuff...” is predominately focused on photos & video clips, the new thread will consist of mixed topics, information, articles & other Beck–related news... with photos naturally
It is hoped by relocating (“The Cellar”) the former “Jeff Beck Social Group” along with a new name, “Jeff Beck Related Articles & News” – this increased distinction & visibility may engender more “visitor traffic” by the average mylespauler, as well as increased participation / contributions by established JB appreciators...

I see your a bit of a Pink Floyd fan. I am as well, and I like the Dead Weather too. I want that totally 'out there' vibe, yet keeping my pedalboard neat and simple. I have a Big Muff, Electric Mistress and Aqua Puss. Should I go for a booster, compressor, eq or another modulation effect. I love Gilmours guitar sound, it's incredible

Is the extra 60 bucks worth it though? And the availabilty of the SD's is great and there is no wait time. Thank you

What do you think are better. I like a very hollow sounding pup,i love low winds in the 7ks, and woody tones. I know you love your OTPGs,but which would you rather have in your guitar HONESTLY, the Antiquites or the Sheds? PM me if you want it private. Thanks!

I was messing around with a used 50-watt (crappy version imo) JCM800 at Guitar Center the other night (a buddy of mine works there... LOL, I don't stop in to buy stuff).

I must say, the tones that I want come from the low sensitivity input with the volume cranked up. Bass and mids turned all the way up, treble kind of low, prescence kind around 2-3 o'clock, both volumes ALL the way up. You ever mess around with anything like that? I would assume most people that use those amps probably use the high input.

Hi Liam. Hope you are well and the snow isn't too bad up there!?
I was just wondering where you got that brown strap in your avatar photo. If it's leather, with a moveable shoulderpad, it's exactly what I've been looking for and would appreciate some info!

Seasons greetings to you and yours,
    Andy
