In answer to your question,I dont know as I got the guitar that way,I traded an MLP member a Charvel Spectrum w/HSC for the V in a gig bag
I am still very happy with the trade
I have seen the fake "cast" Gibby logos on ebay in gold only,and they usually go for $50ish plus shipping

I seen the pictures you posted of the Epi Korina V, I am just starting a project on a V and was wondering where you purchased the Gibson logo for the headstock?
