it does look really familiar.
Back then Robbin, Warren and Jake E Lee all bought
those Charvel kits then had them painted at a shop
in San Diego and a place in LA.
Alot of those famous old guitar paint jobs were
pretty much done by freinds, funny that they cost so much
now days, back then i think they were like $250 for the kit

I built a bass one back then from a Charvel Bass kit

looks like a Charvel "Kit" guitar, very possible

I knew Warren before his Ratt days, back then he only
had a Strat, so i probably wouldnt know about his later
guitars. I knew Warren between 79-83 then i went
into the Navy and lost touch till just a few years ago
when Robbin passed away and we got back in touch.
The guitars i know about now he has are Performance Strats and Teles.
But he used Charvel and Jackson guitars in his Ratt days
