Hi, As an answer to your question what the difference is between a Vester MOD 700 and 800. According to the guy from the Vester Fan site not much. Main difference is Flamed top on the MOD 800, different binding. The headstock has the same colour as the body on the MOD 800(see my pictures in the thread). All the MOD 800 are gold plated as for the MOD 700 there are also silver plated versions. And the inlays from the MOD 700 could be different although I have seen pictures of MOD 700 versions that had the same inlays as a MOD 800. So there you have it. I hope it will answer your question.
