I have a couple of questions about some SD pickups and hear you're the guy to ask around here. I have a 2005 Epiphone LP Classic. I'm thinking a JB in the bridge and either a Jazz or 59 in the neck. I feel the 59 is a little dull sounding based on the SD website soundclips compared to the Jazz. Also, how would all of thses sound with a coil tap? I've read the JB does better with a 250k or 300k pot. Should a 500k be used with the neck pups I mentioned above? What about tone pot and cap values?
