Hey v, I got a question about your lovely Explorer Pro from here.

Firstly you lightly stained your top with some sky blue stain, sanded and then gave it a heavy coat of red stain... or something like that, right?

I'm really keen on that red/black finish.. Only difference, I'm having a cherry top on my Explorer Pro . I thought on just applying some cherry-red stain on it to give it a little more 'pop' and more of a redish color. The back would be black stained (I want the grain to show, just a bit ).

I would really like to know what you did on your Explorer.

can you build me a kit,like out of mahogany and a real maple cap no veneer? No finish or routing.Please PM me thanks!
