hey i was wondering..
do you have a special trick to change the strings on your junior?
when i change them i need a second person helping me
keep the strings in place at the bridge my pulling the string...
Ey man, thanks. I loved doing the Green machine, it was a really fun and educative project. Learned me a lot about how Chinese Epiphones are made, too.
I guess starting off with a Les Paul from day 1 is handy then for me. I've got a crazy amount of resources to teach myself incl. Metal Method & Rock House Method guitar courses to study! I'm combining these with some Lick Library DVDs to learn some Guns N' Roses & Metallica as I progress. (I agree with you -the online resources e.g.- YouTube, are cool too!) If I'm honest, Slash' solos in November Rain are what inspired me to finally take that leap & get my Les Paul ...so those solos in November Rain would have to be my favourites! ...I've realised that may be a little way off in terms of my initial grasp though, so have begun with learning Metallica's Enter Sandman as my first bit of actual music to learn!
Hey -Jak sie masz! -seems we both share similar tastes ...Les Paul flametops in Vintage Sunburst & appreciators of the genius of Slash! I'm completely new to the forum & to the guitar ...& just can't wait to be able to play my first solo!!! (all in good time!) ...All the best mate! (-How are you getting on with your relatively new Les Paul?)
