Hey Dave, I put that 1Meg/500K wiring in a 99' LP Special with 490R 7.9K in neck and 13.95k 498T in bridge and it sounds awesome, warm, crisp and the bridge is a scorcher for Rock & Blues...let me know how the 50's wiring works out for you OK?
