i'm making a "to buy" list since i'm improving in my guitar
and plan to buy a new guitar and amp by christmas break
with the money i earned working over the summer...
gave up on finding an epi elitist custom..
leaning more towards the epi lp standard plus top in honeyburst, cherry burst or VS.
OR a custom in alpine white....

Yeah. Roman told me that if it was his guitar he wouldn't feel a need to go change out the pickups any time soon. He said the bridge has plenty of twang and the neck is a little dark, but growls real nice with some gain and dirt on it.

But the magic, he said, was the middle position. Sounds like my kind of guit.

The only thing, it doesn't have WBs, it has a rewound bridge pickup and a GFS P90 in the neck. Roman still said it's a blast to play but he needs a day or two to try pots and caps to make it sound it's very best. Otherwise, it's done.
