I'm a lot like Unknown Hinson (so they tell me), but that includes the real person behind the stage persona.

The forum's been under assault of late including by, I firmly believe, corporate saboteurs whose sole purpose is to stir up discontent and sully the Gibson brand. I'm not a Gibson fan-boy, but I don't like being used, and I don't generally argue with anyone to convince them of anything; rather to give the guest/casual poster/lurker an alternative perspective. My suspicions about opinionated, low-post-count members (even if they have long-standing memberships) has rarely, if ever, been proven wrong. And frequently right. My post that got you going was not occasioned by the thread, rather by the OP's thread-starting and posting pattern.

I've missed the forest for the trees, and I'll do it again. I don't mind being called on it.
