I did contact them in the end - and eventually they did give me the refund. But only after I had to post the guitar back to them...
The next trouble was that as soon as the dhl guy had turned up to collect the guitar and gave me the label, I realised that it wasn't going back to the actual place it had come from - so I think that somehow and somewhere along the line, I ended up giving the guitar on to some poor unsuspecting soul.
I did get the refund out of it as his communication was very poor, and claimed that was his office and that when it was collected, he would issue the refund. He did in the end. I did also send a note with it though, saying that I believed it to be a counterfeit.
I haven't heard anything else from him yet though. But I do have the money now and intend to go and purchase myself a couple of new toys this week!!
Have you had dealings with him too?
Cheers,
Chris
