hi - first of all, apologies for the generic message.

i just wanted to say i'm sorry i haven't been around much in the last month or two, but the arthritis has taken an interesting and wholly unwelcome turn that makes my fingers not work, so the start of my new year revolves around an MRI scan of my cervical spine.

in all seriousness, thanks for welcoming me to this forum - i've had a great (almost) year hanging around causing trouble, and look forward to doing it all over again in 2010.
