Im actually in NC, but I have been a Steelers fan my whole life. My family is from the Pittsburgh area so if the Steelers were playing it was always on at my house, now Im a HUGE Steelers fan. You must hear a lot of talk from Browns and Bengals fans huh.

Hey, I just saw this message. I ddin't even know to look for messages, I just happened to find this. I didn't get the guitar. I've heard nothing but great things about the gem series. I'll definately look for one down the line. How much was the one you found? The one I was looking into was selling at for $800.00. It was on craig's list locally. I'm in Ohio. I was reading your post about P-90's. As you might see, I'm in the market to trying to buy a Gem too, if you have a little time, please, I wish to know if you already got the guitar, and if what is your impression about this particular Les Paul, if it is a good player and does sound nice with the original pups? Are they P-90's or P-100? It's curious because the Gem that I found for sale is a 97' Amethyst too, but a little overpriced I think.
