Yea it takes a while to build up to the equipment you really
want, i think i am satisfied now between my two amps i get
any sound i can think of.
That FV50 will give you that extra boost for live gigs
    when you can

Yeah that is what I thought too.. Very vintage style break-up. I can't wait to record again, I am going to use that as one of the layered tracks. I have been thinking of selling my Rocker 30 to help fund an RV50 purchase actually. But, we'll see

I need a bunch of other stuff though before I go working up to another head already. God, I run through gear like no other.

I tried it today with the OCD which is just an overdrive that drives
the tubes, it worked great and sounds awesome, sounds like the old Oranges, and a more realistic overdrive than the hot chanel!!
    sounds great!!

I did notice the clean chanel will break up pretty easy also,
you can just play harder and it will break up, kind of reminds
me of what the VM does
    great amp!!

The clean channel will break up pretty well on its own, I would try it as a clean boost to sort of push it over the edge. It'll probably sound really bad ass.

And of course you didn't think about it... With a dirty channel like that! Why would you

I really like my Orange. Like, a lot. I also tried a Barber pedal called the LTD that I really liked, it was a kind of a light/medium over-drive. Their pedals are incredible.

Yea thats a great idea, i run my Fultone OCD through my clean chanel on my VM and it sounds awesome, i didnt think of trying
it on the Orange clean chanel

(actualy alot of VM owners only use the clean chanel and
OCD or other OD for overdrive)

Ill give it a try today!

I was going to tell you awhile ago about this.

But, when I was over at Bb's house, we ran a Fulltone Fulldrive into the Natural channel of my Rocker 30 and cranked it up... GOOD LORD!!! You should try that with your Rv50's clean channel. I bet it would be bad ass.

There is a video of my band somewhere floating around, but I was using a Rockerverb 50 on that one haha.

I'll have to get a video sometime.
