Yeh, thats too expensive. I've built a bunch of 5F2A Princetons, I love'm. 5watts of pure MOJO. The grind is fantastic, a buddy borrowed one from me to do a gig with, big room so he miked it and ran it wide open all night long. He sounded great. If you need a kit look at the Weber VST site, do not buy his transformers, get the Heyboer transformers from him and have them build you a 5E3 cabnet, 12 inch speaker, with a cutout for the 5F2a chassis. Upgrade to his 12A125B speaker, it's my favorite tweed speaker. You'll love it. The only thing I like better is a 5E3 Deluxe, ~10/12 watts. For that look at Mission amps, Bruce Collins makes a great kit........except get the 12A125B speaker from Weber to go in that also.
