No I have been living in South Florida for the last 3 years,(Tampa area). Its pretty gray and cold up there, so get all the sun you can before going. I spent way too many years up there, but now all that snow and ice seems like a bad memory. Check out the House of Guitars on Titus ave in Irondequoit though, their selection is second to none.
