I do have Facebook, but I quit posting a few months back.
50 + Facebook = skeletons coming out of closets.
You are more than welcome to email thru this site.
Then you will able to mail me direct.
I don't twitter or myspace, but mail is fine.

I was offered a position in the music industry by a guy that worked for
Atlantic, as a scout. In retrospect I wish I had. The first time I viewed Madonna and U2, iI knew they would be huge. The guy from Atlantic would FedEx about 30 albums a month, asking for my opinion.

At the time I was trying to promote a new wave band that showed
considerable promise. This band was all but signed, when the guitarist (creative force
in the band) committed suicide. Broke and discouraged, with a high maintenance GF,
I worked for a movie producer. That was worse.
After 16 months, I went back to playing cards, burned out on that and settled back in the midwest.

I had you pegged for 30 or just less by your pic.
Early MTV was great, I remember the debut.
It was the thing for about 7 or 8 years, then rap came. Sorry
but I don't like rap. Now I know what my parents when thru with
r&r. I love concert videos, and band videos, when the director starts
taking artistic license it can go bad.
Footnote: Van Halen's wildly popular song and video "Jump"
    was done for $600.00.

Yes. You probably don't remember when MTV first when on the air (8/81),
but the videos were more band oriented, like when a band plays on a talk show.
It was just video of the band, then it morphed into mini movies and video interpretations
of either the music or lyrics or both. Some had virtually no connection at all.A genre unto itself. The pressure to create better videos affected the quality of the music, IMO.
Your video editor will know. Or just ask someone my age what the original videos were like.
I actually liked your video, but when the image changes every 2 seconds, it can be tough
to process. No credit here for coining the phrase "2 second edit", it was in a review of something I read.

At my age, (51) I'm not big on the 2 second MTV edit.
It's a cool video, but a very cool song.
You guys are in a groove, drummer rocks.
