thanks but I still have an unused VC guard lying around...
but it is could to know where to get it, thanks!

I still need a 50's bell cover with the correct screws,
a switchcraft toggle switch, a nice toggle nut, nice pots,
and some braided wire for my build thought.

I've you have some of that stuff lying around?;-)

Hey Alex, saw that you posted in my Orville pickguard thread like a month ago, sorry I had stopped checking the thread. Anyway my Orville is still pickguard-less, if you are selling that one you posted in the thread, let me know, I'd be very interested.

Excellent job on the ambered logo Alexvdl! Also I've just compared pics of your plastic, before and after - it looks much better now.
My surrounds are also just a little to 'bleached bone' for my liking.
How do you apply the stain to them?
(Incidentally, you seem to be the only other person I've noticed that seems to be using the same 'home-made compensated bone nut add-on trick' that I use. Nice.)
I'm also wondering how you did the knobs exactly? I presume that on the INside it wouldn't show very much,if at all. And on the OUTside? Did that really work OK on the outside?
Doesn't it rub off, or maybe conceal the numbers?
If not, this is the second knob-trick I'll be borrowing from you. Thanks again!

    Hi,
Sorry, my last message went too quickly. Right now, the replica is for sale at 2800 Euros on some French forums. I lowered the price for the US as their economics are quite low. Shall I sell the guitar in Europe, I'll make it 2500 Euros + postage. I hope you'll get this message.
    Thanks for your interest
