FS: Bill Lawrence vintage original 70's tone L/Q Filters

Two original vintage 70's Bill Lawrence tone L/Q filters designed and manufactured by Bill Lawrence himself with wiring schematic . These are 1.4 henry and I believe the newer versions have a different value a little less than 1 henry. Does not include capacitor in picture.

These filters are amazing with humbuckers and single coils. Great with Teles, Strats, or big body guitars.

The Tone-L Filter is a 1.4 Henry humbucking inductance coil. Wired to a tone control you can gradually clean up the sound of your hot humbucking pick-up without losing the humbucking effect.

By replacing the lead between volume and tone control with a .02 micro farad capacitor you can gradually get a sweet mellow sound without getting muddy. There are so many different combinations for wiring or tuning it with caps and resistors to get many different tones.

More info on the Tone L/Q filters at Bill and Becky ‘Wilde” USA Bill Lawrence Forum. Just search Tone L or Tone Q Filter.
