FS: Fender American Vintage '57 Reissue Strat

I didn't want to part with this one - but I'm in need of the cash. These are $1900-2k new - you can have mine for just a touch over half at $1050 plus shipping.

This is an American Vintage '57 Reissue Strat - I got it from Brett at Eddies and am the 2nd owner to the best of my knowledge. It is a 2005 model, has the 5 way switch installed, and has all of the case candy other than the 3-way switch (which you weren't going to use anyways!). This guitar has had a luthier setup to include nut slot filing and regular setup/intonation. The fit and finish on this guitar are perfect - and it did not require any neck shimming during setup - it is perfect as it is (and as it should be). Light fret wear, still over 90%. Light scuffs here and there on the back, minimal buckle wear, light pick marks above the guard, but in 9+ condition on a ten scale. I can't capture those little things on camera - nothing big enough to photograph is what I'm saying. Nitro neck/body, of course. Set up for 10's - and is currently decked w/ 3 springs.

I need $1,050 for this guitar plus shipping and paypal fees. I guess that shipping and insurance will be somewhere around $40, and paypal fees will be $35 or so. Call this one $1175 to your door - USA. I can work with the folks up in Canada (probably $10 or so more for shipping - not sure on insurance), but would prefer a CONUS sale.

(If for some reason you don't want the hard case, knock of $100. Knock off $50 if you'd like a Fender gig bag instead. Not that I would recommend doing either!)
