FS/FT Custom Straub Combo/ Marshall Clone

This is as good as it gets folks! Custom Handmade, point to point Straub amp. #C004 the number 4 amp ever made and the ONLY combo in extistence. Recently serviced and given a complete bill of health as well as New JJ EL34's and a rebiasing this amp is ready to go . 2 channels.........High Gain for all your Metal Needs from Metallica to Zack Wylde and Low Gain From Clapton to Gary moore is in there. An incredible Master Volume circuit that gives you great Tone at Bedroom or gigging levels. Custom Blue LED lights the front panel for a cool stage look.



I looked into converting this into a head after many inquiries.........its actually very simple if you so desire. Mojo Cabs will custom cut you a head box with a 18 inch opening and this baby will slip right into any Marshall type Head cab if you so desire. The UK made Celestions can also be moved into a mojo Cab very easily For the best of both worlds :

Check out the reviews on TGP and Harmony Central. This is the only Combo made so the review on Harmony central is actually this amp. If you are looking for something in the Marshall vien......you will NOT do better then this.

If someone is interested in putting this in a head cabinet, please contact me. I may be interested in a cabinet swap. I am looking for a mahogany head cabinet that will fit that chassis, I believe we have an older one at the shop that will work for this amp.
I checked over this amplifier several months ago, replacing the rectifier tube, upgrading the light system, biased and replaced a few resistors. It had a clean bill of health at that point.

And that was just a head. Mine is a combo with 2 really nice broken in UK Greenbacks AND a Tube rectifier. Only a few came with the Tube Rectifier........

With the 2 channels you can go from Clapton to Zack Wylde and everything inbetween.
