Someone here was interested, but I did not have a PUP cabity shot or the exposed neck date stamp shot...I have every other angle you can imagine...but he wouldn't take my word or Mirabella's word or my insurance appraisal forms to prove it was a 69' and wouldn't accept a full 72 hour full refund policy either...I don't what else I could have offered in good faith to make him happy...it is what it is ..a 69'

I made an educational comment on the price of his guitar as a collector...get a clue than you can get in on the conversation

The point is that it's bad form to go into a person's classified ad and crap on their asking price.
Nothing wrong with contacting a person directly and trying to talk down the price to get the best deal. Nothing wrong with talking current prices in general...in the appropriate section.
I have no idea if your asking prices are high or low; didn't even check them. It wasn't the point.

I have some knowledge and the price is high for this market...we're going to go round and round on this but I've said all there is to say...

the price IMO is too high...ad or no ad I have a right to comment on something and let someoe else that doesn't have the expertise know it is too high.

Shame, I've got a 71 Tele similar to this but the previous owner changed the saddle.
