I was told that there were only 20 of these made but I don't know how to confirm that. Anyway, It's so rare that most people don't know it exists. This guitar is also a 1965 reissue Jaguar. It's basically mint. I purchased this as an investment and only played it for a few minutes. It sounds great. It's Made in Japan and comes with a rare fingerboard cover that is pictured. The fingerboard cover says "Fender Japan." It comes in the original Fender Gig Bag as issued and comes with the case candy (as pictured)

Shipping within North America is $100.00

Also comes with a Kingsley cover.

I will post pics tomorrow, but wanted to get this up now.

Price is $1695 shipped and paypaled or $1650 with paypal gift or IEMT. Payment in Canadian funds.

I would take partial trades plus cash for the following:

Blackface Fender Vibro Champ
Blackface Fender Princeton (maybe early Silverface or Brown)
Esquire (does not have to be Fender)
Since I am posting this here I might also consider a trade for a LP with a 50's neck that looks something like Pearly Gates (not looking for additional cash on this one) open to R8, R4, R0
SG with 50's neck

I have many transactions under the same name on TGP and GuitarsCanada
Price reduction bump!

Re: Canada Sellers Thread

Hey Everyone!!

I've recently acquired a Nash T63 Relic Telecaster..... It's an amazing guitar, with great tone that was treated well by the previous owner!!

I've just decided I want something with a different look. Perhaps a butterscotch, 3 tone sunburst. I'm open to many guitars but prefer some kind of gibson or fender.

Beat up guitars/guitars with mojo are okay by me! So long that it's not broken.

And please no Gibson Studios.

Specs:

Rosewood Fretboard
Medium C Neck
Alder Body
Gotoh Tuners
Lollar Pickups (both neck and bridge)
Compensated Brass Saddles
*Comes with hardshell case and hand signed nash hand tag)

*This guitar is pretty much new (funny to say because it's a relic). It's never left the studio and has only been used for recording.

If anyone is interested please PM me and let me know what you have for trade....

If you want to buy it outright the asking price is $1500 + actual shipping (I will find out the price based on your address).

Thanks for your time everyone!

-Comes with an older Gibson brown case. Has some damage and the lock is broken.
-Stock Gotoh pickups (very hot pickups B: 9.6K N: 8.3K)
-Never gigged with no damage to the body
-Fret wear I would say is 95% left

Re: Canada Sellers Thread

Might as well throw this out there as well in case there is interest. Like before I'll list all it's features with pictures.

1994 Orville Les Paul

-Equipped with Joney's tonemojo kit with original bumblebee caps .10 for neck and .15 for bridge
-Switchcraft three way switch.
-Pickups are Motor City 2nd degree black belt with relic nickel covers
-stainless steel frets (these will take a long time to wear.)
-Deluxe Grover tuners
-Fuji-Gen factory made
-Poly Coat
-long tenon neck
-Bone nut
-Tone Pro locking tail piece
-Made in China hardshell case that is in very nice condition.

Notes:
-Never gigged with the guitar, but previous owner has with lots of scratches and chips along the headstock and body. Really worn in look.
-Appears previous owner didn't shim nut and caused the wood above nut slot to bulge. This doesn't affect playability whatsoever.
-Neck pickup ring has been cracked at the bottom, but I do have a replacement creme ring from Gibson to sell with the guitar.

Asking $900 CDN + shipping cost

or
No pickups or guts $500CDN +shipping cost

Re: Canada Sellers Thread

For sale 2007 excellent condition ESP/LTD EC 1000 VB.

These sell for $850 in Canada plus tax with no case. Here in my province that's $977.00 without a case...so if you throw in a used case (at least $50) and you are over the $1000.00 mark.

-Ebony Fingerboard
-Mahogany Body
-ESP Locking Tuners; Tonepros Locking TOM Bridge & Tailpiece
-Mahogany neck
-24 frets
-42mm Earvana Compensated Nut
-24.75 inch scale
-EMG 81 (B) / 60 (N) Active pickups

This one is in excellent condition (near mint with some wear on the gold hardware) and has a case so I am thinking $600 plus shipping would be more than fair. Shipping would likely be $50 to anywhere in Canada.

Re: Canada Sellers Thread

I am considering selling a mint condition MIM Standard Strat body but have no idea what these go for here in Canada. I also have a loaded pick guard from the same guitar that can be sold with the body or separately. Finally, I have a full set of tuners from that guitar as well.

Can anyone give me advice on how much to ask for these items?

Look at it this way. a Complete MIM strat sells for around 450$ tops. neck would go for around 150$...tuners 25$, body unloaded around 150$..with bridge and jack plate, 175$ to 185$. loaded pickguard, around 45$.

Thanks.

Instead of parting it out I sold it earlier today for $400. I might have gotten $25-$50 more but I wanted to get it sold so I took an offer of $400.

True. I had hoped to maybe get a little more for it but the extra $25-$50 wouldn't really have been worth holding out for would it? I needed the cash as a down payment on my first Les Paul so best to have cash in hand than to get cheap over less than $50. It was a nice guitar in mint condition but the LP is much much nicer!

Apparently I'm asking too much for it, so price is dropped to $550.

Re: Canada Sellers Thread

Does anyone have a blank Gibson truss rod cover for a Les Paul they want to get rid of? I just noticed a crack in the cover on my new LP (I think the store's tech might have tightened the screw too much and cracked it) and want to replace it before it becomes a much bigger crack.

Re: Canada Sellers Thread

Talk to Gibson, maybe? They MIGHT give you a free one.

Also, guys, I have my Traynor YCV40 non-WR up for sale. 1x12 40watts all-tube, two channel (but I don't have the footswitch), in good (but gigged and obviously used) condition. Reverb non-functional.

I'm looking to downsize to a Blues Jr or something similar because I'm not good enough a player to deserve such a nice, loud amp ... and also I'm a kid who doesn't want to hurt himself trying, and is too lazy, to lift it.

$300 to a forum brother. Or sister. Local pickup in Mississauga, Ontario, please. PM me if interested or email at andy8tran at gmail.com

Good point. I'll get in touch with them.

I like those Traynor amps. Too bad it is too many watts for me as I'm in Brampton just ten minutes from you.

Re: Canada Sellers Thread

I want to replace the black speed knobs on my Epi Elitist LP with black reflectors. Does anybody have a set of four (2-vol 2-tone) to sell? I have found them online but the shipping to Canada was the same price as the knobs!
