Marshall Vintage Modern 2266 Head

Hello,

I lost my job not long ago, so I must sell some gear.

I have 2 VM 2266 50W Head, and one is totally New, Just out of the box, less then 10 hours playing time (maybe 3 hours max) !!! I'm selling the new one and I will keep the older one. No scratch, new condition, it still smell new !!! I might even need to sell the other one a little bit later, we will see...

If you don't already know the VM 2266, it's a new Marshall amp and it's probably the best amp Marshall have made in years. The closest thing to a Plexi they have ever done (except for the Handwired Plexi serie). 2 Dynamic Range, on the Low dynamic range the circuit is a copy of the Hendrix Super100JH (That Amp have been Design by Steve Dawnson, the same cat who made the Hendrix amp), and on the high Dynamic Range, you got a Mod very close to the Caswell Mod (Appetite for Destruction amp) with an extra preamp tube... JCM800 tone and more. All this with a Post Phase Inverter Master Volume, Dual Preamp control that are working like a Plexi Bright Volume-Normal Volume Control, Purple Tolex, KT66 tubes (just like the Hendrix amp, old JTM45, JTM45/100 - Hendrix, Clapton, ACDC and Zeppelin have been using Marshall amps with KT66), FX Loop, Reverb and Footswitch included.... The amp is very dynamic, and clean up extremely well when you turn down the volume control on your guitar.

Here's what that amp model looks like (The photo are not mine, but my amp is in the same condition)

The Color of the amp is very cool, on a dark stage, the amp will look darker then a standard Black Marshall...

In Low Light, it looks dark Blue with some purple shading here and there, just like on the pictures...

In the sunlight, the amp looks Purple, even the light on the amp is purple instead of the standard red !

I can ship it to Alberta without problems, it won't cost that much for the shipping. The amp is totally mint, not a single scratch, and it's working perfectly, I guarantee that !!! and the the amp is still under warranty until summer or autumn 2012 !!!

I have the 2466 and it is an awsome amp. It's very,very versitile.

But i cant afford a deposit at this time, (daughters borrowing money you know)
but on the first i get my full pay then i can afford it.

will cut down on the overflow, not that i dont want it
but just to cut down on clutter

I have a really nice one, it has a new V-30 Celestion
JJ tubes and the Heat Mod that corrects the over heating.
and looks new, i put on the older style Marshall Gold nameplate
which I think looks cool but ill send the original white also
